Service Description

I have been teaching at University of Cambridge for over 20 years, both privately and as a college member, so am well aware of the challenges facing both students and staff. Coping with college life to manage the challenges and actually enjoy it at the same time requires balance and resilience, and some element of creativity. Mindfulness is a shift into a way of Being through cultivating an enhanced sense of awareness, enabling needs for ease, peace, purpose, play, creativity and joyfulness, and more, to arise. These sessions will enable you to refresh, resource and empower yourself to continue with your own wellbeing program through a plethora of mindfulness skills.

Bookings may be cancelled or changed before the final 24 hour period, otherwise the full cost of the session is due.
